We define the roles of real estate agents, mortgage professionals, appraisers, closing companies and the importance of legal representation for a successful transaction. The courses have chapters that detail and unpack each process in a transaction explaining contractual timelines, terms and conditions, loan application processes and offer an overview title insurance, deeds and titles. Always recommending real estate consumers respect and utilize your expertise.
How do I market this and let my clients know the courses are available on my site?
Of course, through social media, blogging, and email campaigns. Once you choose to become an affiliate, we will share special marketing, and outreach ideas. We have incentive ideas for attracting new real estate consumers to your service, ideas for repeat business touchpoints for engagement with your clients and site visitors.
How would I put the courses on my site?
You would set up a page and copy and paste the course descriptions and learning objectives and a course link to each course description page. We will walk you through how to do this and also work with your web people in detail.
What is my affiliate percentage and how can I track registrations?
We have tiered percentage plans for your goals. We will give you plan options ( again all free for your sign up) and you will choose which plan you want and once you sign our affiliate agreement, you will be registered in our learning platform dashboard. You will be given a username and password and complete your registration process; you will receive a unique course link for each course you want to go on your website. Tracking of your account registrations will be available through your own dashboard portal.
